SWAP. CHARGE. GO FURTHER.
ZEEN builds the battery swap network that makes electric two wheelers work in the real world. Ride in with an empty pack, ride out with a full one, in about thirty seconds.
01 / WHO WE ARE
ZEEN is a Singapore and Vietnam company. We design the battery, the bike, the station and the software as one connected system, so that changing energy is faster than filling a tank and simpler than charging a phone.
Battery swapping only works if one company owns the whole loop. So we build all of it, in house, to one standard.
The region does not need convincing to go electric. It needs energy that keeps up. Charging takes hours riders do not have, home charging is unsafe in dense housing, and the battery is close to half the cost of the bike. Swapping removes all three problems at once.
02 / HOW A SWAP WORKS
Pull up to any ZEEN station. The rider and the pack are recognised before the kickstand is down.
A bay opens, the empty pack goes in, a charged and tested pack comes out.
Full range again. No cable, no waiting, no charging at home.
03 / THE SYSTEM

THE BIKE
Built for the riders who work the hardest, the couriers and delivery fleets that cover a hundred and fifty kilometres a day. Two swappable packs under the seat, a connected dashboard, and a frame designed around the swap.
| RANGE | 140 to 200 km on two packs |
| PACKS | Two, swappable in seconds |
| DASHBOARD | Connected, over the air updates |
| BUILT FOR | Professional daily riders |

THE PACK
An aluminium pack a rider can lift with one hand. Every cell is monitored, every swap logs its health, and any pack that falls out of tolerance is pulled from the network before a rider ever sees it.
| ENERGY | 2.1 kWh |
| VOLTAGE | 70 V |
| CAPACITY | 30 Ah |
| WEIGHT | 12.5 kg |

THE STATION
Twelve bays that charge, test and balance every pack between riders. A station fits a shopfront, a forecourt, a car park or a lobby, draws ordinary power, and reports its own health continuously.
| BAYS | 12 per station |
| FOOTPRINT | Fits a standard shopfront bay |
| POWER | Standard grid supply |
| MONITORING | Live, pack by pack |
| SWAP TIME | About thirty seconds |
THE SOFTWARE
The layer that turns hardware into a network. Written in Vietnam, it runs identity, payments, devices, battery intelligence and the routing of energy across every station we operate.

04 / THE NETWORK
A full battery has to be closer than a petrol station. We build density first, city by city, so that a rider is never more than a few minutes from a full pack.
PILOT / HO CHI MINH CITY / OCTOBER 2026
Professional riders covering 150 to 200 kilometres a day, on real streets, with real deadlines. The fleet proves the product. The city inherits the network.
Retail chains, fuel forecourts and ride hailing fleets are in active discussion as launch partners.
THE STORE / 2028
From 2028 our flagship spaces will put the bike, the packs and the people in one room. Riders sign up, fleets are onboarded, and the city sees what an electric future actually looks like.
Concept shown. The first ZEEN store opens in 2028, once the network is dense enough to carry it.
